At SOGA, we recognise that different families have different needs and requirements, With this in mind we have devised a number of different levels of guardianship. Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.
We will also be willing to discuss individually tailored packages with families who have special needs.

EMERGENCY GUARDIANSHIP RATES ON REQUEST.

Students not on PLATINUM  level may request extra services. These will be charged at the following rates:

£15 plus mileage .45 per mile will be charged for attendance at

  • Parent/Teacher meetings
  • Shopping trips
  • Renewal of Passport or visas
  • Purchase of school uniform.
  • A booking fee of £ 20.00 will be charged for all tickets booked

Guardian fees for students in Europe

At SOGA  we recognise that different families have different needs and requirements.  We are continually looking at our costs and fees and now offer a special one for students from Europe who are studying in Scotland for a year or longer.

We offer the services of the GOLD or BRONZE to these students according to their age but at a much reduced price.

Costs:

Registration fee      £ 50.00
Administration/Guardianship fee (per term)   £

A deposit of £     is required.  This is used to pay for transportation, accommodation and any special expenses.  Transport will be charged for journeys between the guardian’s house and the school and for airport transfers.  Where more than one student is in a car, costs will be shared.  Mileage is charged at  .45p per mile.  Waiting time at the airport is charged, if necessary, at £5 per hour. Apart from emergencies, students on this level will be entitled to two nights’ accommodation per term.  If more accommodation is needed students will be charged at the GOLD or BRONZE level for that term.

Accommodation charges 

Charge per night     £28.00
Charge to cover extra meals on last day of holiday period      £10.00

At the end of their time in school or when the student leaves SOGA the deposit, less any outstanding expenses, will be returned.
